Known for his versatility, Andrew enjoys a multifaceted career as a percussionist performing in solo, chamber music, and orchestral settings throughout North America and Europe. Most recently, he was awarded the 2024 Michael Measures 2nd prize from the Canada Council for the Arts and was featured on CBC’s “30 Hot Canadian Classical Musicians Under 30” list in 2024. Andrew has received first prize wins in the 2018 National Music Festival of Canada, and the 2022 Maritsa Brookes Concerto Competition. Currently, Andrew is the Operations Manager and Co-Founder of the Kairos Percussion Quartet based in Toronto.

Andrew has performed with notable ensembles including the Esprit Orchestra, the Royal Conservatory Orchestra, and the National Youth Orchestra of Canada. He received his master’s degree from the University of Toronto under Aiyun Huang, Beverley Johnston, and Ryan Scott, and is currently pursuing an artist diploma at the Glenn Gould School studying with Charles Settle.
