Anthony “ayedee” Daniel is a Juno-nominated Canadian musician & music producer hailing from Toronto, Canada. Known for his rhythmic abilities on the drum set, Anthony quickly created a reputation for being a sought after individual who adapts and thrives in demanding situations within the music industry. It was not until Toronto music producer Spencer “Moose” Muscio recognized said unique abilities & quickly brought ayedee to collaborate with artist Allan Rayman.
These series of opportunities unfolded into the aid and creations of production and performances on albums such as Allan Rayman’s “Courtney” EP, the full length release “Christian”, and the much anticipated sequel to Roadhouse 01; “Roadhouse 02”.
A seasoned performer & studied musician, ayedee has had the privilege of working with but not exclusively to Allan Rayman, Jessie Reyez, Haviah Mighty, Anders NST, OKAN, SHAD, and many other notable Canadian Musicians & artists.
Some recent musical accolades and credits include but are not limited to contributions to Haviah Mighty’s 2019 Polaris Award winning Album “13th Floor” coinciding with a live performance on CBC (Canadian Broadcast Corporation), being included in the 2020 Grammy Awards “Behind the Record” series for his contributions to Allan Rayman’s 2020 release “Christian” [UMG], and most recently contributing production & writing to Jessie Reyez’s sophomore release “Yessie” [FMLY / Island Records].
Driven by the unique experiences of past musical endeavours, travels abroad and overall challenges in life, Anthony “ayedee” Daniel continues to carve his name and space in the global music industry.
