Darius Martin is an Ottawa, Canada based drummer with percussion in his blood and in his name (D.R.U.M). Born into a musically- inclined family, he has been honing his craft since he was 3 years old – his exceptional talent marked by his uncanny speed and musicianship. His roots in music started in Church and he developed a passion for playing drums professionally at a young age. From the ages 16 to 20, Darius toured North America with Gifted Powerful Movement (GPM), a Christian urban hip hop group led by his aunt

More recently, he is known for being the backline for MMVA Winning/Juno nominated Elijah WoodxJamie Fine. Together, they performed across North America, playing various concerts & shows & touring with Mariana’s Trench on the LiveNation sponsored “Suspending Gravity Tour” in 2019.

Darius is no stranger to the bright lights and the big stage, as he has played for renowned festivals such as BluesFest, the Calgary Stampede, and Osheaga and shared the stage with the likes of Khalid, The Chainsmokers, Jessie Reyez, & Dua Lipa.
