Biography:
Derek Hoffman is a composer, mixer and JUNO-nominated producer from Toronto. Derek cut his teeth on punk and rock records (Silverstein, The Flatliners, Stick To Your Guns, etc.) and now collaborates across many genres with established and burgeoning talents alike (Arkells, GRAE, Nilo Blues, Tim Hicks, Logan Staats, etc.).
Equally content in developing unique sounds for new artists as he is in pushing experienced acts to the next level, Derek brings buoyant energy, boundless talent, and a refined sense of melody, dynamics, and arrangement to all projects he works on.
