Biography:

Adam Warner is a member of an elite group who have composed musical backdrops for David Suzuki, played a command concert for Paul Anka, performed at birthday celebrations for the Queen of Holland, and never seen the movie “Top Gun.” That being said, he has toured extensively throughout Europe, the U.K., and North America, performing everywhere from The Cavern Club (Liverpool) to CBGB’s (New York City), to the Paradiso (Amsterdam) to SXSW (Austin) to the Skydome and Massey Hall (Toronto) and everywhere in between. In his travels he has opened for everyone from Noah Chomsky to Iron Maiden to Three Dog Night. In his numerous television performances he has been seen and/or heard on The BBC, CBC, CMT, Canada AM, MuchMusic, MTV, and Musique Plus.

He has composed TV and film scores for the CBC, ESPN, NFB, as well as numerous CMT shows. His work has racked up several Juno nominations by the likes of Royal Wood, Jill Barber, Samantha Martin and Delta Sugar, The Good Lovelies, Sean Pinchin, and Steve Strongman (who won in 2013.) as well as numerous other awards. He has performed live with Steven Page (Barenaked Ladies), Randy Bachman (The Guess Who), Whitehorse, The Travellers, Eric Schenkman (Spin Doctors), Joey Williams (Blind Boys of Alabama, Robert Randolph), Chantal Kreviatzuk, and various member of legendary Canadian bands such as Blue Rodeo, Sloan, Barenaked Ladies, Big Sugar, The Skydiggers, and Moist.

On record he has played on songs with Glen Hansard (The Frames, the movie Once), David Francey, and Serena Ryder. He also has critically acclaimed solo records (with songs placed on various CBC and CMT shows), and two more with The Sinners Choir, his trio with Adam Beer Colacino and Terry Wilkins (David Wilcox, Big Sugar, Rough Trade. He continues to be in demand as a drummer/singer/multi-instrumentalist and producer/arranger.
